Continuous Improvement Manager (specialist)


You'll initiate change projects within a large international project (Customer Services in the automotive). You'll cooperate within international (different continents) Customer Services project teams to improve and change business processes and optimize knowledge, skills quality and ensure compliances. To achieve this you'll analyze , research best practises, process data, communication (also plans), development plans and project mgt skills to meet deadlines. Improve productivity by leading usage of lean tools, six sigma methods and support the improvement on skills within the project/department. You must be willing to travel.

Functie eisen

Great communicator, Master level in a relevant field. Proven track record in improvement within the Customer Services. 3-5 years of relevant experiences with f.i. automotive or telecom, strong consulting skills, structured in thinking and executing. Strong in analytics (both financial and performance metrics). Skill in the use of tools as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.
